● Last Working Details

● PAN, Aadhaar, PRAN, NPS/EPF/SSPF numbers (as applicable)

● Profile Picture (for identity verification via gallery uploads)

● Video Recordings (for live verification via Jeevan Pramaan or video capture)

● Device model, OS version, and other device identifiers for technical and security purposes.

● App usage analytics and logs to improve the application’s performance and user experience.

The App collects face data in the form of:

● Profile pictures (uploaded by the user from their device gallery).

● Short video recordings captured during live identity verification (e.g., video KYC or Jeevan Pramaan integration).

This face data is used solely for liveness detection and identity verification to confirm the user is a legitimate MOIL ex-employee and to prevent fraud during pension/benefits processes.

● We do not create, store, or process biometric templates.

● Face data is processed temporarily or securely transmitted for one-time verification.

● Face data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

● Face data is stored securely in encrypted form on MOIL’s authorized servers.

● Face data is retained only as long as necessary or until deletion is requested.

● Facilitate live identity verification.

● Provide downloadable certificates for pension and benefits.

● Enable access to service-related documents.

● Track and update post-employment benefits.

● Display official circulars and announcements.

● Send alerts for verification deadlines and updates.

● Manage user queries and HR support.

● Improve app performance and services.

We do not sell or share personal information for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with:

● MOIL internal departments for verification and pension purposes.

● Legal or regulatory authorities as required by law.

All data is securely stored on MOIL’s authorized servers with appropriate technical and administrative safeguards.

● Request deletion of your profile and face data after verification.

● Contact the MOIL IT Department for data-related concerns.

The App does not use third-party advertising or social media services. Verification may integrate with government services like Jeevan Pramaan.

The App is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
